Hi Yvette,
I thought I would let you know how I'm getting on after my body wrap a couple of weeks ago.  I mislaid your homework sheet so I've been improvising doing various tummy crunches that I've learnt over the years with the added bonus of balancing weights on my tummy and I've also been doing the plank and am now up to 140 seconds so well on the way to your 3 minute challenge!!! 

I'm SO chuffed with the results!!!  My tummy is definately looking flatter and my thighs look more shapley and my posture has improved. 

I've been doing the lymph drainage properly (i.e. twice!) and have noticed an improvement with that too.  I feel fantastic!!  No where near as tired as I used to and seem to have more energy.  I'm hurtling towards PMT time once again, so it will be interesting to see how I cope with that.
