Signs of Lymphatic malfunction should NOT be ignored!

If you have had a recent injury, post operative condition and the swelling has not gone down, or the area is still not healing properly, this can be an indication that you need MLD (manual lymphatic drainage), this moves trapped fluid and speeds up the healing process.

DO NOT LEAVE ANY SWELLING, the longer inflammation stays around, left untreated, the area around the injured tissues will continue to get harder (called fibrosis) unless the lymph fluid is removed from the area.

If you are reading this from another country and are unable to come in to Feel Good Factor, then please find your nearest registered MLD Therapist and have Manual Lymphatic Drainage as soon as you can.
